Turn on the news and it doesn’t take long to feel the weight of the world.

Wars rage across borders, poverty grips entire communities, and division creates distractions. We know at times the world can feel overwhelming, which is why TwoWards Solutions (TWS) does what it can to shine a light in the midst of darkness and to spread love in a world riddled by hate.

Over the years, we've discovered two powerful solutions for our broken world: love and generosity. This discovery has led to an annual commitment to sew 20% of our revenue back into the community. It’s how we do our part to leave the world better than how we found it.

Last year, we had the honor and privilege to uphold our commitment to generosity. Keep reading to see how that generosity made an impact in 2025.

TWS supported stronger spiritual communities

Supporting spaces where people can grow spiritually and build authentic community is the best way we know to invest in a better world. That's why TwoWards Solutions eagerly supported Greater Mt. Zion. Baptist Church. When people know God and grow in their faith, it shapes how they move through the world.

They lead differently. They speak differently. They engage others differently.

They lead from a place of love, which can be a powerful tool for breaking down barriers, healing wounds, and building bridges where division once stood.

In addition to supporting GMZ, TWS also sowed into InterVarsity, a college faith-based organization.

College is often a defining season in life. It’s where identities are formed and beliefs are challenged. It's also where futures begin to take shape. InterVarsity creates spaces for that shaping to take place by cultivating faith encounters, discipleship, and teaching students how to live out the Gospel in meaningful ways. When students develop both professionally and spiritually, the ripple effects reach far beyond campuses and workspaces, allowing them to leave a trail of light everywhere they go.

TWS set the next generation up for success

Giving isn’t always financial. Sometimes the most meaningful investment is time.

During the summer of 2025, TwoWards Solutions partnered with Travis County’s Summer Youth Employment Program to provide high school students with real-world work experience.

Programs like this open doors. They expose students to professional environments, build confidence, and help young people imagine futures they may not have seen before. Sometimes all they need is someone (or an organization) willing to share knowledge, encouragement, and perspective.

TWS supported sustainable communities

In 2025, TwoWards Solutions also sponsored Return to Our Roots, an event focused on gardening, sustainability, and food self-sufficiency.

At its core, this event was about empowerment. It helped community members learn how to grow their own food, understand sustainable practices, and reconnect with the land.

At TwoWards Solutions, we believe knowledge like this strengthens communities; it builds resilience, promotes healthier living, and reminds people that solutions can start right in their own backyard.

TWS increased access to education

Once again our co-founders proudly supported their alma mater, the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill.

One contribution went to the university’s journalism program, because we believe strong communities require access to truth, knowledge, and accountability. The other contribution supported the Carolina Covenant program, which empowers UNC students to graduate debt-free from America’s first public university. When students can pursue their education without overwhelming financial barriers, opportunity expands in powerful ways.

TWS' ultimate solution

The impact of our investment in faith communities, education, sustainability and mentorship is evidence of the power of giving to shine a bright light. It also shows how love spreads through generosity.

If you've read this far, you probably are both loving and generous, so here's your call to action: shine the light that lives on the inside of you and give generously of your time, talent and treasure. No matter how big or small, light always outshines the darkness.
