Transitioning into active production made Week 3 of my internship at TwoWards Solutions an incredibly rewarding and fast-paced experience. My main highlight this week was shifting my focus away from standard copywriting and diving straight into graphic design projects for RISE Child Development Center (RISE), Universal Tech Movement (UTM), and TwoWards One Love (TWOL). Having spent the previous weeks researching these clients, actually bringing their brand identities to life visually gave me a much deeper appreciation for how backend strategy and front-end design must connect to truly capture an audience's attention.

The creative freedom was exciting, but it definitely came with a steep learning curve that challenged me to stay highly organized. My biggest roadblock was ensuring that every single graphic strictly matched each client's specific aesthetic guidelines and brand color palettes while still maintaining high content quality. Navigating these precise design requirements was incredibly time-consuming, but aligning my creative ideas with the established visual standards of the brands taught me a lot about professional design discipline and client expectations.
Alongside graphic design, I also expanded my technical toolkit by learning the basics of video production. My major "aha!" moment came while navigating Descript (an AI video editing software) to extract short-form clips from longer, raw video files. Figuring out how to analyze a video to spot strong, high-engagement hooks and utilizing a new platform showed me just how efficient and streamlined digital content production can be once you master the right tools.

This technical and creative growth was made much easier thanks to a strong cultural connection within the agency. Reviewing my initial design layouts and edited video clips with the TWS team provided an amazing sounding board for constructive feedback. Their collaborative insights and helpful, encouraging conversations not only improved my work but also kept me closely aligned with the company's overall creative vision.
Looking ahead to next week, my goal is to build on this momentum by expanding my content creation skills across different types of media. I want to take the video editing techniques I practiced in Descript this week and apply them to fresh visual formats and templates, ensuring that our client social profiles look incredibly sharp, well-crafted, and professional.
