From Classroom to Corporate: My First 5 Days at TwoWards Solutions

This week was my first week as an intern at TwoWards Solutions, and it was an exciting introduction to the professional world. The highlight of my week was participating in the onboarding sessions and learning how the company stays organized and productive. We spent time setting up Notion for task management and Google Workspace for communication and file storage. It was interesting to see how these tools work together to help teams stay connected and efficient.

One of my biggest “aha!” moments were realizing how important organization is in a workplace setting. Before this week, I never thought much about how a well organized digital workspace could impact productivity. Learning how to manage tasks, documents, and communication in one system showed me that success often starts with having a strong foundation and clear processes in place.

.I also really enjoyed connecting with the team and learning about the company culture. We discussed how being professional is all about consistency–from small details like prompt communication to setting up clean email signatures. Along with these great habits, we looked at modern technology tools that can improve workflow, discussing how AI tools, such as Gemini, can be used to support communication skills and language learning.

Looking ahead, my goal is to become more confident using the tools introduced during onboarding and to contribute to developing my professional skills. I am especially excited to learn more about content creation, market research, and client communication. Overall my first week was a great experience and I look forward to learning and doing throughout the rest of my internship.
