Week 4 of my TwoWards Solutions (TWS) internship was focused on learning more about the organizations that TWS works with and understanding how businesses analyze their goals and challenges. The main project I worked on was creating S.W.O.T. analyses for RISE Child Development Center (RISE), Universal Tech Movement (UTM), and TwoWardsOneLove (TWOL). My role was to research each organization and identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This project stood out because it helped me look at organizations from a business perspective instead of just focusing on their designs or content.

One challenge I faced this week was making sure my information matched what each organization actually does. It was important to follow directions and make sure each section of the S.W.O.T. analysis made sense. I overcame this challenge by reviewing the information, making adjustments, and using the feedback I received to improve my work.

One of my biggest “aha” moments this week was realizing how important research and analysis are when creating content for a client. Before this, I mostly focused on the creative side of projects, but this assignment showed me that understanding a company’s goals and challenges is just as important when creating effective marketing.

During this week, I continued interacting with the TWS team by receiving feedback on my work and using their suggestions to improve my assignments. The feedback helped me understand what I could do better and showed me that revisions are an important part of the creative process. It also helped me become more comfortable accepting suggestions and making changes.

Looking ahead, one goal I want to set for myself is finishing my assignments earlier. By managing my time better, I can give myself more time to review my work, make improvements, and create higher-quality results. Overall, Week 4 helped me improve my research skills, attention to detail, and understanding of how businesses make decisions
